Story of Chamoda’s Candy Cafe

Chamoda's Candy Cafe Chamoda
“If you are not giving back, what are you doing?”  -Chamoda Kennedy-Palmore

Chamoda’s Candy Cafe was founded in honor of the family’s son Chamoda, a University of Cincinnati freshman football player. On the way to practice before a big game between UC and Ohio State, Chamoda was fatally injured in a motorcycle accident and received his wings.

To ignite generosity and perpetuate Chamoda’s commitment to God, family, and community, the Chamoda Kennedy-Palmore Foundation was established. The Foundation aims to provide emotional and financial support to families who have endured a life-altering event.

Described as “The Greatest Candy in the World,” not solely because of its delightful taste and quality — it is simply because part of the proceeds from the Candy has allowed the business to be a blessing to others.
