Eddie’s Southern Style BBQ and Catering is a Cincinnati Black-owned American food restaurant located on Dixie Highway in Florence Kentucky near Erlanger and Independence, owned by Mr. Eddie Smith, an African American BBQ expert.

In the mood for some comfort food? Nothing says Southern comfort like Eddie’s hickory-smoked barbeque, fish, ribs, and pulled pork. His homemade sides make the meal, including potato salad, baked beans, collard greens, green beans, and cobbler.

Eddie’s Southern Style BBQ and Catering offers a sit-down experience as well as catering and large event space for up to 70 people. They do graduations, birthdays, corporate gatherings, weddings, with pig roasts and corn roasts available for any event no matter the size.

Eddie’s Southern Style BBQ and Catering has been feeding the hungry folks around Northern Kentucky for over 20 years. Whether it’s his delicious secret recipe BBQ, his succulent pig roasts or his family-style fried chicken, his food is a convenient, delicious way to feed an intimate group of friends or a large gathering!

Eddie Smith and his family have lived in Boone County, Kentucky for most of his life. He is well respected by his customers and his community and is a great cook! Eddie Smith is a familiar, annual sight in his booths at “Taste of Cincinnati” in Cincinnati, Ohio; the “Boone County Fair” in Burlington, Kentucky and at the “Wool Festival” in Falmouth, Kentucky.
