Ellington Management Services is a Black-owned Economic Inclusion and Diversity Consulting Firm that works in the construction management industry. EMS develops, implements, and manages all aspects of economic inclusion and outreach processes. The EMS offices are located in Lockland, Ohio just off of I-75 and were founded by African American male, Eugene Ellington in 2002.

 

From groundbreaking to project completion, Ellington Management Services, Inc. facilitates economic inclusion among MWBEs, communities, major corporations and other parties involved in the project. EMS offers services such as development, database tracking, implementation, community outreach and engagement, capacity studies, and training sessions. Their team specializes in data tracking, report generation, remedying discrepancies and recommending actions to improve outcomes.

 

Ellington Management Services serves clients such as the City of Cincinnati, Mercy Health, Cincinnati Public Schools, The Cincinnati Zoo, Dayton Public Schools, Hamilton and many more. They have also worked on many multi-million dollars projects such as the Cincinnati Convention Center expansion, the Underground Railroad Freedom Center, and many more.

 

In recent years, EMS has successfully been engaged in 20 projects generating over $2,980,540.00 in revenue, developed inclusion processes for 5 convention centers around the country, and developed partnerships in 15 different cities for various clients that have created sustainable relationships. Strong leadership, supported by an experienced team, has led to Ellington Management’s success year after year. EMS has an all-black leadership team made up of the vice president and three project managers.
