About the Owners

Keyaira Hinton and Michael Starks founded Miss Mary’s in honor of Hinton’s late mother, Miss Mary, who loved ice cream. Hinton began to learn the art of ice cream and found comfort in it. Hinton always offers her mother’s favorite flavor, butter pecan, at the frozen treat shop. The couple began their company as an ice cream truck and eventually opened their permanent shop in August of 2022. Currently, Miss Mary’s is well-beloved in the Cincinnati area and was featured in local news. Miss Mary’s Premium Ice Cream and Icee’s strives to create flavors not found anywhere else. The owners love creating new and exciting creations that honor both the shop’s namesake and the local community as well. The Sharonville shop is open noon to 9pm Tuesdays through Saturdays and noon to 6pm on Sundays.
