Owner Tiara Rivers believes that by fostering a deeper connection with nature and cultivating a sense of responsibility towards plant life, individuals can pay more attention to mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

About the Owner
Tiara Rivers, owner of the online plant and wellness shop, is a Cincinnati native with a research and mental health background. Committed to empowering individuals to grow through the care and nurture of plants, Tiara recognized the need for a nontraditional therapeutic approach as many struggled with mental health following COVID.
Nurture Me firmly believes plants offer beauty and therapeutic benefits, including stress reduction, air purification, cognitive support, and oxygen production. The journals sold are designed to help manage stress and anxiety, organize thoughts, and enhance well-being. Several different kinds of journals are available.
Wellness and Health Resources
Nurture Me provides free wellness and health resources online to assist those looking for additional ways to improve overall health. These include yoga, meditation, exercise, and mental health resources. Nurture Me also takes pride in providing services to corporate companies (including plants bigger than 8 inches). Delivery options include local pick-up, shipping, and in-person delivery.
