About the Owner

A Cincinnati native and Walnut Hills graduate, Dr. Gaulding has deep roots in the community. After earning an undergraduate degree with honors in Molecular Genetics and a minor in Psychology from The Ohio State University, medical training was completed at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.

Following dermatology training at the prestigious Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Dr. Gaulding developed a unique perspective, realizing that skin health is both a science and a deeply personal journey. With extensive experience and growing frustration from observing patients feeling rushed and unheard in high-volume practices, Dr. Gaulding returned to Cincinnati. Determined to find a better way, the decision was made to leave the “dermatology factory” model behind in favor of creating something revolutionary: a practice where patients truly feel cared for.

Dr. Gaulding has published articles on various aspects of dermatology and presented research across the country. While credentials speak to expertise, what sets Dr. Gaulding apart is the belief that great dermatology occurs through partnership. In this approach, the role of a dermatologist is not to dictate treatment, but to offer expert guidance as a collaborative partner.
