University of Cincinnati Business College graduate James E. Jackson II is the founder and company president. Jackson started the company while attending college. After graduating in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/International Business, complete attention and resources were dedicated to growing the business.

Pro-Contractors gives back to the community by providing job opportunities and mentorship for city youths. President & Founder James E Jackson II accredits all the success to creating and achieving goals learned from a mentor, Jackson’s father, James E Jackson Sr.
Mentorship is pivotal, especially for young men without adult men in their household. At Pro-Con, a trusted and experienced Pro-Con technician prepares kids from the youth work program.
