About the Owner:
Rachel is a Cincy native, born and raised in the Queen City. Law is her profession, but being your advocate is her passion. She enjoys making the law understandable and accessible to those in need of wisdom and guidance while navigating the legal system. Her extensive background includes lobbying and nonprofit legal counsel at the state Capitol as well as three years of focus on criminal law, prosecution, and working for the Ohio Attorney General in law school.
Rachel graduated cum laude from Xavier University as a member of the Psi Chi Honor Society and Psych major, English minor. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where her classes were concentrated in Criminal and Constitutional law. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio and sits as a member of the Cincinnati Enquirer Board of Contributors.
