RaJean Beauty is a Black-Owned, Women-Owned, natural skincare company in OTR that features hand-whipped Shea butters, sugar scrubs, facial soaps and beard oils. The skincare company is owned by Megan Seard (RaJean) who produces all her products by hand with love.

How it started
Opening in the OTR Cincinnati area, founder and CEO, Megan Seard (RaJean) relocated here from Ft Wayne, Indiana in 2019 and built her reputation “backpacking” across the city, simply asking people to “just give her products a try”.
About the Owner
Megan Seard made Cincinnati her home and has since been featured on WCPO Channel 9 news with Mona Morrow, Women of Cincy, Natural Woman Magazine and others. She has partnered with Jack and Jill of America on several occasions, speaking with women and encouraging their personal and entrepreneurial pursuits.
Having newly opened her retail location at 1420 Walnut Street, in Over-The-Rhine, she is currently seeking new partnerships and working to help strengthen the community she lives and operates in. Rather through retail, workshops, events, resources and/or consultations.
Megan loves to assist other aspiring entrepreneurs in getting their dreams off the ground. Sharing the wealth of knowledge and experience she’s acquired over the years is her passion. Advocating for natural beauty that begins within is her purpose. Authenticity, transparency, decency and a solid product is her promise.
