About Dr. Catalan:
Dr. Catalan (Dr. Cat) has been practicing in Cincinnati for over twenty years. She is a graduate of Howard University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in zoology. Dr. Cat earned her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Michigan State University. Dr. Cat specializes in small animal preventive care and is also a certified veterinary acupuncturist.
Dr. Cat opened her veterinary practice downtown to provide veterinary services for the growing downtown population and to provide a valuable service for the existing downtown residents. Dr. Cat has received many awards throughout her career, and she was the first Black Veterinarian to be elected as the president of the Cincinnati Veterinary Medical Association in 2016.
