About the Owner:
Chef Mills is a mother, author, US Air Force (Gulf War) veteran and culinologist (culinary science). She previously owned her own restaurant specializing in international cuisines. Along with having her own catering company and being a personal chef, she is a former culinary instructor where she utilized her talents at The Midwest Culinary Institute. Currently, she is a Sous Chef for The Cooking School at Jungle Jim’s International Market and collaborates with Jordan Hamons at Findlay Kitchen at The Findlay Market.
