Founder & Leadership

Kennard “Keino” Williams founded Williams Engineering after years of experience in the automotive, aerospace, and machine tool industries. A lifelong interest in mechanical applications began while working in a family-owned automotive business.

Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 1993. Professional experience includes engineering and applications positions with Rockwell Automation/Allen Bradley and Makino Machine Tools.

In 2005, Williams established Williams Engineering, LLC with a focus on providing complete engineering and manufacturing services. The company began with a 5-axis Haas VF-5 vertical machining center and a Faro reverse engineering arm.

Today, the company continues to provide precision engineering, manufacturing solutions, process development, and technical consultation for customers requiring advanced machining and production expertise.
