No Pressure Fitness & Apparel is a Black-owned fitness and apparel company owned by certified personal trainer, Latoya Thomas, also known as Coach T. The No Pressure studio is currently located in Greenhills Plaza, off of Winton Road.
At No Pressure Fitness & Apparel, you can pay for daily, weekly or monthly classes. This fitness company also offers group classes three times a week for clients that need a little extra motivation during their fitness journey. There are also one on one fitness training sessions for clients that is not comfortable working-out in a group setting, and want more of a direct contact training.
Coach T trains clients to help them reach their fitness goals faster, and create a new or better lifestyle. She also offer sauna sessions that is very beneficial to losing weight, and toning your skin.
Each month No Pressure Fitness & Apparel starts a 4 week transformation program, which is open to the public at a certain rate. With the program, you get a nutritional guideline sheet, three classes a week, and one free sauna session. The winner of the program wins a cash prize, plus a week class pass or a 30 minute sauna pass.
No Pressure Fitness & Apparel sells fitness apparel such as:
- waist trainers, the top selling item
- sweat cream made from all natural ingredients
- stainless steel water bottles with a temperature display

About the Owner:
Latoya opened for business on March 28th, 2021, six months after becoming certified. No Pressure Studio was created to form a foundation to guild women and children to a nutritional lifestyle, and to help prevent health risks. Coach T started training clients in the basement of her own home during Covid-19 quarantine months, at no fee. Coach T’s motto is “YOU can be YOU” with -No Pressure; no matter your age, ethnicity, or health condition.
