Ellington Management Services is a 100% minority-owned firm. The firm is a privately-held C Corporation chartered in the State of Ohio. Eugene Ellington is the sole shareholder.

Eugene Ellington is President and CEO of Ellington Management Services, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Public Administration from Xavier University. As a Management Consultant, he has over 30 years of Executive Management experience.

As President of EMS, Ellington is actively involved in increasing opportunities for minority businesses to participate in economic growth. He is President of the Collective Empowerment Group of Cincinnati. This group seeks to improve the economic condition of our community.

Prior to starting his own company, Gene worked for many years in various not-for-profit organizations. Most of his career has centered on helping the less fortunate. His other accomplishments include: recognition by Who’s Who in Black Cincinnati - 2004, 2005, 2006 and recipient of the Image Maker award in 2003.

Development

Inclusion consulting for the purpose of developing and implementing an economic inclusion plan. This plan contains the processes and procedures that will result in goals being achieved.

Implementation

Moving the inclusion processes identified in the development stage from concept to creation. Adopting and implementing the steps that are necessary to create
successful outcomes.

Database and Tracking Systems

Assistance with the selection and development of tracking systems available from a variety of vendors. We help you acquire an appropriate system for your particular needs.

Community Outreach and Engagement

We encourage participation and engagement from the community stakeholder. Community outreach meetings are specifically designed to produce results.

Coaching and Training Sessions

Specific areas with the business enterprise are identified for development. Coaching and/or training sessions are conducted via our referral system.

Conduct Capacity Studies

Smart goals are key to a successful inclusion program. Goals are set that are not only aggressive and attainable, but based on capacity, availability and readiness.
