Ellington Management Services is a 100% minority-owned firm. The firm is a privately-held C Corporation chartered in the State of Ohio. Eugene Ellington is the sole shareholder.

Eugene Ellington is President and CEO of Ellington Management Services, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Public Administration from Xavier University. As a Management Consultant, he has over 30 years of Executive Management experience.

As President of EMS, Ellington is actively involved in increasing opportunities for minority businesses to participate in economic growth. He is President of the Collective Empowerment Group of Cincinnati. This group seeks to improve the economic condition of our community.

Prior to starting his own company, Gene worked for many years in various not-for-profit organizations. Most of his career has centered on helping the less fortunate. His other accomplishments include: recognition by Who’s Who in Black Cincinnati - 2004, 2005, 2006 and recipient of the Image Maker award in 2003.
