A Crystal Mind uses a variety of evidence-based practices to provide holistic, client-centered, culturally sensitive approach. The psychiatric nurse practitioner will listen to each person’s unique story. She will then formulate a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan that best fits the person’s needs.

Crystal Farrell is a dually board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner. This provider graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2006. Crystal Farrell earned her Post Master’s Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati.
