El Lugar Vapes

El Lugar Vapes is a Black-owned vape shop that offers products to those who suffer from chronic pain issues. The retail store sells e-liquids, devices, accessories, CBD products including lotions, tinctures, oils, gummies, capsules and juices.

The opening of this venue, which is conveniently located in Kemper Square within the Tri-County area, presents a platform to reach a greater segment of the population, who may also be suffering from similar chronic pain issues.

All customers must be 21 years or older to make purchases, a driver’s license or other valid ID is required. A 10% discount is offered to Veterans, Active Duty Military and their Families with a valid ID.

If you are unable to find a specific item or product, Dwayne and his staff at El Lugar Vapes will be more than happy to do the necessary research to locate the item and place the order for you. Once the product is received at the store, you will be notified promptly via email or text.

Dwayne is an African-American veteran of the United States Marine Corps, who endured chronic pain issues over the years with minimal relief from traditional medical treatment methods. After a few years of research on alternative medicines, Dwayne decided to explore the realm of non-traditional means versus the routine use of opioids and therapy in the treatment of chronic pain.

His vision was to inform, assist and educate other individuals who may have endured years of similar chronic pain. Thus, the concept and brand of El Lugar Vapes & CBD Lounge were established.
