Humblebee Childcare Learning Center is a Black-owned early learning center located in West Chester and is dedicated to future leaders. The learning program creates a daily lesson that is carefully developed to teach children both cognitive and social skills, physical development, and literacy.
Services
The daycare provides educational opportunities in their state-of-the-art facility designed with the child in mind. The learning center is a Star-Rated, Step Up to Quality enrichment program that offers full-day services. These include summer programs, preschool, homework assistance, and tutoring. The center serves infants, kindergartners, preschoolers, and school age. Additionally, The West Chester company offers free meals daily for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. This meal program is structured to develop healthy eating habits in children.
The Black-owned developmental center provides children with their first experience in a structured setting with teachers and groups of children. This is an opportunity for the child to begin the foundations of learning that will occur in elementary school. Early childhood education programs promote social, emotional, language, and cognitive skills by introducing a myriad of experiences. These include learning critical thinking, new vocabulary, obtaining better literacy, as well as a wide range of hands-on activities. These skills provided in the learning environment serve the purpose of strengthening, engaging, and preparing children for their academic journey.
