OTR Live is a Cincinnati Black-owned Nightclub and concert venue, named for the historic Over the Rhine neighborhood in which it is located. They are a premiere space for the hottest live entertainment owned by Julian Rodgers.
The venue sits in 15,000 square feet in the old Red Cheetah/Club Glitter space. Rodgers intention was to bring a live music venue with the same feel as the House of Blues, so he reached out to Live Nation, which owns House of Blues. Julian Rodgers isn’t just a dreamer. As a concert promoter, he’s brought national acts like Drake, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and Young Jeezy to venues throughout Cincinnati.
This nightclub will host up and coming artist along with legends. The Cincinnati entrepreneur behind Over-the-Rhine’s Mixx Ultra Lounge and Joe’s Diner has opened this large new music venue in hopes it will draw national touring acts.
