About the Owner:
African American CEO and Owner, Sonya Wells has always had a love for dance since she was a child. Though she had done all types of dance growing up, especially ballet, her love grew even stronger with her first interaction with pole fitness. Pole fitness allowed Sonya to connect with her inner self and sensuality, and the experiences were ones that she wanted to make sure women that were moms and professionals such as herself, were able to experience as well.
Sonya realized that there were few pole fitness boutiques within the Greater Cincinnati area, so she decided to do something about it. Her dreams quickly became a reality when she purchased her first pole. Posh Fitness is a direct result of Sonya’s hard work and dedication to sharing something that she has always adored.
So, if you are looking for a safe, posh environment to engage in some traditional and alternative workouts, all while joining a sisterhood to empower other women and be empowered, Posh Fitness is the place for you.
