Since the end of the school year is near, now is the time to start looking for Cincinnati summer camps. Summer Tech Camps

During the choir camp, children sing, play instruments, create art, play games, enjoy good meals and explore Christian faith. The week-long camp is led by professional musicians who are passionate about sharing their knowledge, inspiration and spirituality with young people. Cincy Assist Kids Entrepreneurship Camp

Attendees will have the opportunity to decide what industry interests them the most and shadow a business owner in that profession during mentor’s week for hands on experience. Each child will then create mini corporations which will be showcased at the end of the summer vendor event.

Camp BYOC (Build Your Own Computer)

This residential camp is in partnership with the Cincinnati Police Department. Youth live in the cabins with officers and camp counselors, participate in traditional camp activities, watch special unit presentations (such as the SWAT & K9 teams), and learn about police work. Miami University Steam Studio
Ages: 11 – 15
Dates: June 17 – July 26
Cost: $225 per week
Hours: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
The Miami Regionals E-Campus STEAM Studio will explore science, technology, engineering, art and math while having fun and making friends. Each week of camp is centered around a common STEAM theme to provide unique hands-on opportunities to imagine, design, and bring your ideas to life from robotics and game creation to environmental exploration and DIY art.

Summer Camps Ages 12+ 

Interfaith Day Camp
Ages: 12 – 14
Dates: July 29 – August 2
Cost: $200
Hours: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The interfaith camp allows kids from different religions (and no religion) and cultures to come together for a week of fun, friendship, and peace. Girls Rock Cincinnati
Ages: 12 – 18
Dates: August 4 – 10
Cost: $50 – $150
Hours: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
This is a music and creative arts camp for girls and trans youth to grow and take up space. The week-long day camp includes daily instrument lessons, creative workshops, band practice, performances by local musicians, and a final performance for family and friends. Luke Fickell Football Camps

UC DAAP Day Camps
Ages: 12 – 18

Cost: $300 and up/ per week
Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Financial Aid: Yes
DAAP camps are week-long immersion for high school and middle school students to explore their creative passion areas and expand their skills in specific artistic disciplines. Each camp includes time spent on studio projects, field trips and social activities for the perfect mix of practice and inspiration. Financial aid is set aside for DAAP campers with demonstrated need.

Great Oaks Summer Career Camps
Ages: 13 – 15
Dates: June 3 – 14
Cost: $50
Hours: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Great Oaks Campus Career Camps allows 8th and 9th graders to explore different career fields in hopes of finding their passion or career path. These fields include aviation maintenance, car and truck mechanics, cosmetology, culinary and more! For more information, call 513-771-8840.

Tech Needs Us Summer Enrichment Program
Ages: 13 – 17
Dates: June 12 – August 2 (Mondays & Wednesdays)
Cost: $75
Hours: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Monday) & 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Fridays)
This camp allows students to close the digital divide by providing resources and equip students with technical and entrepreneurial leadership skills through hands on relevant learning and mentor-ship from tech and business professionals.

Pure Beauty Camp
Ages: 13 – 18
Dates: July 19 – 21
Cost: 150
Hours: Overnight
Teen years are awkward enough for everyone. During the camp, the girls will have several workshops that go over financial fun, health and fitness, public speaking, hair and skin care, etiquette and vision boards. The girls will learn how to embrace their pure beauty.

NWLSD Pre-AP Camp
Ages 14 – 15
Dates: July 29 – August 5
Cost: Free
This week-long is for students entering 9th grade in the 2019-2020 school year at Colerain High School (CHS) and Northwest High School (NWHS). The camp will  help students develop the select set of skills needed to take Honors, AP, College Credit Plus and other high-level courses. UC DAAP Residential Camps

Cost: $1,500/ per week

Here you’ll spend the week living on campus while putting your ideas to work on immersive projects, exploring Cincinnati’s creative community, and forging the unforgettable friendships you can only find in the studio.
