Attend the 70s & 80s Get Down at the Forest Park Senior Center on November 8.

Get ready to groove at the 9th Annual 70s & 80s Get Down, a retro-themed party happening on Friday, November 8, at the Forest Park Senior Center! This annual favorite is the City of Forest Park’s biggest fundraiser for WeTHRIVE Forest Park, bringing the community together for a night of nostalgia, connection, and great fun.

Guests can look forward to an evening filled with delicious hors d’oeuvres, soft beverages, and plenty of lively music that will keep the dance floor packed all night long. Show off your best moves, strike a pose, and compete in the costume contest to win prizes in categories like Flyest Fro, Best Couple, Best Costume, and Best Hip Hop Gear. Plus, lucky attendees can take home door prizes or win exciting items in the raffle drawings.

More than just a party, the 70s & 80s Get Down supports WeTHRIVE Forest Park’s mission to promote health and wellness throughout the community. Every dollar raised helps fund initiatives that make Forest Park a healthier, more vibrant place to live.
