Attend the Anxiety & Depression Family Education Day at the Cincinnati Zoo on February 28.
Youths and their parents or caregivers are invited to the fourth annual Anxiety & Depression Family Education Day on February 28 at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. The event is presented by 1N5 and MindPeace in partnership with Cincinnati Children’s Mental and Behavioral Health Institute.
Attendees will hear from mental health experts, connect with others, discover helpful resources, and explore practical ways to support their family’s mental wellness. Session topics include how to manage stress, mental health medications, new treatments, and more.
Parents or caregivers of youths with anxiety or depression and young people ages 12 and older are encouraged to attend (a caregiver must accompany those under 18). Caregivers are welcome with or without children.
