Attend the Anxiety & Depression Family Education Day at the Cincinnati Zoo on February 28.

Attendees will hear from mental health experts, connect with others, discover helpful resources, and explore practical ways to support their family’s mental wellness. Session topics include how to manage stress, mental health medications, new treatments, and more.

Parents or caregivers of youths with anxiety or depression and young people ages 12 and older are encouraged to attend (a caregiver must accompany those under 18). Caregivers are welcome with or without children.
