ArtsUplift

Those in the Tri-State cancer community can apply to participate in the ArtsUplift study with the Cincinnati Art Museum

The Cincinnati Art Museum invites those in the Tri-State cancer community to participate in the ArtsUplift study. This unique study, funded by Ride Cincinnati, will use the four pillars of health- physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual- as the guide to see arts experiences as a means to better health.

Museum staff will team up with medical providers and wellness experts to expand whole-person care through mindful arts events. Participants must identify as a person who lives with cancer, a cancer survivor, a caregiver of someone living with cancer, or a professional cancer care provider.

Accepted participants will:

  • Receive a reflection journal to document art experiences.
  • Select, register for, and attend 4 of the 100 free ArtsUplift wellness programs at the museum between July and December 2026. See the full program list.
  • Receive a free family membership ($75 value) after attending 3 programs and completing a survey about art experiences.
  • Receive a $50 stipend after attending 4 programs and completing the survey.

ArtsUplift Application
