Audra McDonald returns to the Music Hall stage for one night only after her sold-out performance with the Pops in 2018. The winner of a record-breaking six Tony Awards, two Grammys, an Emmy, and the National Medal of Arts, Audra is unparalleled in her versatility as both a singer and actor. Audra has appeared on the Broadway stage in Carousel, Ragtime, and Sweeney Todd, and film and television credits include The Good Fight, Respect, and The Gilded Age.

 

Due to illness, Audra McDonald was unable to perform with the Cincinnati Pops on Sunday, October 8, as previously scheduled. All tickets will be automatically transferred to the new concert date: Sunday, February 4, 2024, 7:30 p.m. at Music Hall. For alternative ticket options, please contact the box office at 513-381-3300 beginning Monday, October 9 at 10 a.m. for assistance.

About Audra McDonald

Audra Ann McDonald is an American actress and singer. Primarily known for her work on the Broadway stage, she has won six Tony Awards, more performance wins than any other actor, and is the only person to win in all four acting categories.

 

In addition to her six Tony Awards, she’s received numerous accolades, including two Grammy Awards and an Emmy Award. President Barack Obama honored her with the National Medal of Arts in 2016, and she was inducted into the American Theater Hall of Fame in 2017.

About the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra

The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra is an American orchestra based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Its primary concert venue is Music Hall. In addition to its symphony concerts, the orchestra gives pops concerts as the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra. The Cincinnati Symphony is the resident orchestra for the Cincinnati May Festival, the Cincinnati Opera, and the Cincinnati Ballet. Additionally, the orchestra supports the Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra (CSYO), a program for young musicians in grades 9 to 12.

Parking 

A 450-space underground garage, surface lots, and on-street parking are available near Music Hall. Use the Cincy EZ Park App to pay for parking as appropriate. Take the Cincinnati METRO to the venue.  

  

Accessibility 

The A.D.A. Accessibility entrance is located on the southeast side of the building on Elm Street. Please ask a Music Hall usher or staff member for additional assistance or directions.
