Cincinnati Pops Orchestra presents a spooky Cincinnati Halloween show with famed African American actor, Damon Gupton, as the guest conductor!

 

 

Many popular orchestral classics deliver spine-tingling, hair-raising moments and are associated with scary and even paranormal tales. As an homage to Music Hall and its rumored hauntings, the Cincinnati Pops will present a Cincinnati Halloween show with spooky favorites from the orchestral canon leading up to Halloween October 12-14. A favorite of Cincinnati audiences, guest conductor (and actor) Damon Gupton will lead this all-orchestral program that includes The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, Night on Bald Mountain, and Dance Macabre, among others.

 

Tickets for this Cincinnati Halloween show are $15 for kids and range from $25-$100 for adults and can be purchased online. To purchase group tickets, call 513-744-3590. ArtsWave Members receive an ArtsWave Discount

Performance Dates and Times
Friday, October 12 – 8 p.m.

Saturday, October 13 – 8 p.m.

Several public parking options are available surrounding Music Hall, located on the Cincinnati Bell Connector line. Parking is also available in the Washington Park Garage and valet services will also be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Handicap Parking is available in the Town Center (CET) and Washington Park garages.

The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra and Conductor John Morris Russell are pleased to announce the details of the Pops’ 2018-19 season at the beautifully renovated Music Hall. The season features nine subscription programs, individual performances, and the three-concert Lollipops Family Series. This Halloween season, celebrate with the magical music of the Pops in a hall with a haunted history. 

 

Spirits & Spirits
Investigate the spirits of Music Hall. Join us in Corbett Tower after the concert for FREE spine-tingled facts and first-hand accounts of ghostly happenings upon the grounds. Complete the experience with a Boo-zy bourbon-cider cocktail from mix-master Molly Wellmann.
