Cincinnati Pops Orchestra 2019 presents The Wonderful Music of Oz!
The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra 2019 and Conductor John Morris Russell are pleased to announce the details of the Pops’ 2018-19 season at the beautifully renovated Music Hall. The season features nine subscription programs, individual performances, and the three-concert Lollipops Family Series. With hits spanning Broadway, Hollywood and pop, The Wonderful Music of Oz features bewitching vocalists and the Cincinnati Pops bringing all-things-Oz to life in this unique concert experience.
Tickets for this show range from $25-$115, and can be purchased online. To purchase group tickets, call 513-744-3590.
Several public parking options are available surrounding Music Hall, located on the Cincinnati Bell Connector line. Parking is also available in the Washington Park Garage and valet services will also be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Handicap Parking is available in the Town Center (CET) and Washington Park garages.

About The Wonderful Music of Oz
L. Frank Baum’s whimsical, classic fantasy novel, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, has captured the imaginations of young and old for generations spanning nearly 120 years, and through the classic film, Broadway musicals, and popular songs, it has inspired great songwriters. John Morris Russell and the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra 2019 present timeless favorites with the “Wonderful Music of Oz” April 5-7, 2019 at Music Hall. The program features favorite songs from the 1939 movie including “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” from both The Wiz and Wicked on Broadway including “Ease On Down the Road” and “Defying Gravity,” songs inspired by The Wizard of Oz by the likes of Elton John, Paul Williams, and America including “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road,” “The Rainbow Connection” and “Tin Man.”
