About Herban Vegans
Herban Vegans started in 2017 with a quest to showcase to the world just how tastier and healthier vegan cuisine can be. Watching a world succumb to disease and unhealthy choices became a fire in their belly to do their part. Herban Vegans base is vegan seafood, however, it features so much more. Herban Vegans believe in eating to live and it makes sure to incorporate the right herbs, spices, and ingredients to support that.
What was the inspiration for Herban Vegans Saturday?
Danielle DeLaine had an idea of focusing on vegan seafood. She knew of other vegans such as herself that also spent years as a pescatarian before taking the vegan plunge and knew it would go over well. Furthermore, she remembers thinking “what the vegan food industry is missing is great home-style vegan seafood options”. Not being a vegan herself though, she knew this type of cuisine was something others could enjoy again. Ultimately, her idea led her to a win-win business concept – not just for vegans, but also for people with seafood allergies.
