Cincy Soul: The Black Taste is a collaborative effort of Black-owned restaurants, caterers, and food trucks within the Greater Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky area. It is coordinated by volunteer leaders within the African American community to unite, cultivate, foster, educate, and highlight African American entrepreneurship, while celebrating the Black experience through culinary excellence.
This unique event provides an opportunity to learn and experience diverse African American cultures, heritage, and traditions through visual performance arts, cultural displays, and demonstrations.
Beyond the incredible food, Cincy Soul: The Black Taste has become known for its unforgettable live music. Previous festivals have featured crowd-moving concerts and performances from talented artists who bring R&B, soul, and high-energy entertainment to the Fountain Square stage. The music, culture, and community atmosphere transform the event into more than a food festival; it becomes a full celebration of Black excellence in Cincinnati.

Cincy Soul: The Black Taste is in Downtown Cincinnati on 5th Street and Fountain Square.
Parking
The Fountain Square North Garage, located directly beneath the Square, features 600 spaces spread across four underground levels. Limited street parking is available in the vicinity. Use the Cincy EZ Park App to pay for parking as appropriate. Take the Cincinnati METRO to the venue.
