Cincy Soul: The Black Taste is a collaborative effort of Black-owned restaurants, caterers, and food trucks in Greater Cincinnati. Volunteer leaders within the African American community coordinate the festival to unite, cultivate, foster, educate, and highlight African American entrepreneurship while celebrating the Black Experience through culinary excellence.
Cincy Soul: The Black Taste provides an opportunity to learn and experience diverse African American cultures, heritage, and traditions through visual performance arts, cultural displays, and demonstrations. This African American festival coincides with the Cincinnati Music Festival each year.

Fountain Square Venue Details
Parking
The Fountain Square North Garage, located directly beneath the Square, features 600 spaces across four underground levels. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, the garage’s two entrance/exit ramps are on northbound Vine Street between Fifth & Sixth Streets and southbound Walnut Street between Sixth & Fifth Streets.
Fountain Square has four bicycle racks for the convenience of cyclists. Arrive using Cincinnati METRO.
Accessibility
In certain circumstances, primarily when events occur, the electrical outlets in specific locations in Fountain Square can be made available to park patrons for medically necessary devices. If you must charge your medically necessary equipment, 3CDC staff members will work to accommodate you to the best of our ability during your visit to Fountain Square.
Rules
All City Codes are enforced, including the following prohibited activities:
- Entering or placing items in the Tyler Davidson Fountain
- Interfering with a permitted event
- Drug use or other illegal activity
- Glass containers
- Littering
- Smoking
- No outside alcohol is permitted on the Square. Bags and coolers are subject to search. Those bringing in outside alcohol may be ticketed for open containers.
