ESOMAR Cinci Insights Jam

At this conference, researchers will learn more about their customer through various strategies of segmentation and activation.

GFI and ESOMAR proudly present “The Cinci Insights Jam”. The program is “Knowing the Customer through Segmentation and Activation Strategies”. There will be awesome presentations, local fare, and…. a Salsa and Swing dance demonstration.


This event is for researchers, marketers and agencies. Attendance is FREE but persons must register online. Attendees will learn from many of the most innovative and successful market researchers in the region. Lunch will be provided.

Crystal Kendrick, president of The Voice of Your Customer and publisher of The Voice of Black Cincinnati, is one of several industry experts who will offer insights about market research. Based on her experience in targeting niche, hard-to-reach and underserved populations, Crystal will discuss the importance of inclusive research and offer recommendations on how to understand consumers as well as diversify project teams, methodologies, recruiting strategies, research participants and campaign testing. She will also answer questions from attendees about their challenges, successes and concerns when attempting to authentically recruit, retain and engage diverse project teams and research participants.


Coffee and networking will run from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. From there, the presentations will begin. Below is a list of all the presenters.
