Attend on Thursday, December 14, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., to openly discuss and tackle the hurdles faced by Black women seeking upward mobility in Cincinnati’s job market or business ventures.

About Generation Now
Founded in 2015, Generation Now is a community-based nonprofit that aims to build and leverage a diverse and inclusive workforce for young professionals and youth in Greater Cincinnati. Workforce development has been made available through professional development, training, job placement, and the creation of leadership and mentorship opportunities through networking.
