Attend the Inaugural Fearless Awards at Cincinnati Music Hall on September 21!
From Fatherless to Fearless will host the inaugural Fearless Awards. The celebration will honor women whose stories reflect resilience, leadership, mentorship, and community impact.
The event will also celebrate B.R.I.D.G.E.® graduates who are becoming fearless leaders in their own right. The afternoon will feature recognition, storytelling, connection, and opportunities to build lasting relationships.

Admission is $125. Lunch will be provided.
2026 Honorees
Five accomplished women leaders will receive recognition during the inaugural celebration:
- Crystal Allen, President & CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Dayton
- Ashley Kirklen, Anchor and Reporter for WLWT News 5
- Jazmyne Reid, Communications Director for P&G Fabric Care North America
- Shaqunna Sardin, Treasury Management Client Support Specialist II at First Commonwealth Bank
- Meggan Thompson, President and CEO of Dress for Success Cincinnati
Mentorship With Meaning
Each woman honoree will be paired with a B.R.I.D.G.E.® graduate for a four-month mentorship experience. The program extends the impact of the Fearless Awards beyond the luncheon.
The mentorship experience will provide encouragement, guidance, and meaningful connections. Graduates will gain opportunities to learn from women who have overcome challenges and continued forward with purpose.
Why the Celebration Matters
The Fearless Awards recognizes the power of representation and mentorship for girls facing complicated or absent father relationships. Seeing accomplished women overcome adversity can help young women recognize new possibilities.
The celebration reflects the philosophy of “lifting as we climb.” The program places mentorship, connection, and legacy at the center of the experience.
Guests will enjoy a meaningful luncheon while supporting From Fatherless to Fearless®. Proceeds help create opportunities for girls to feel seen, encouraged, and inspired to rise.
