The Fifth Third Bank Diversity Leadership Symposium is Cincinnati region’s largest annual business gathering focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, bringing together more than 600 leaders. Local and national subject matter experts serve as keynote speakers to share insights, perspectives, and practical advice to apply in our personal lives, workplaces, and regions.
This year’s symposium will revolve around the major changes in practices businesses have felt as the landscape of how to approach DEI in the workplace is evolving, especially in the wake of the Supreme Court’s affirmative action ruling.
