April 11 @ 10:00 am
Evanston Recreation Center
Free Admission

Evanston’s annual ‘Health, Housing, Education & Employment Day’ will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Evanston Recreation Center.
This event is designed to help residents connect with useful services and information in one convenient place.
Admission
The Evanston Health, Housing, Education, and Employment day is free and open to everyone in Greater Cincinnati! Whether you’re looking for health information, housing guidance, job leads, or ways to stay connected, the event offers practical support in a welcoming environment.
About the Event
The day will begin with a Senior Session at 10 a.m., created specifically for older adults who want clear guidance on health resources, housing support, benefits, and local programs. Seniors will be able to talk directly with trusted partners, ask questions, and pick up materials to help them navigate available services.
Local organizations will offer free health screenings, information on affordable housing, education and training opportunities, and employment support. Residents can check blood pressure and glucose levels, learn about home‑related assistance, explore job programs, and meet partners who can help with next steps.
A free lunch from Food for the Soul will be served at noon and is available to all attendees. This provides a relaxed moment for neighbors to take a break, enjoy a meal, and continue conversations with partners and community members.
Throughout the day, families, seniors, and youth will find activities and information tables designed to make it easier to understand what resources exist and how to access them. Many of the participating organizations serve Evanston year‑round, and this Community Day offers a simple way to meet them face‑to‑face.
