Join the Community for a Family-Friendly Heatwave 5K, 10K, Half Marathon & Relay Race Experience!
Get ready for a high-energy race day filled with fun, fitness, and community connection. This family-friendly running event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels for a memorable morning of movement, encouragement, and celebration. Whether chasing a personal record, walking with friends, or participating for the experience, the event offers an inclusive atmosphere designed for every pace and ability level.
Participants can choose from a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Relay, 1-Mile Run, or Kids Dash, creating opportunities for both seasoned runners and first-time participants to join the excitement. The event combines competitive racing with community-focused fun, complete with custom race swag, live results, and post-race celebrations.
Heatwave Race Day Schedule
- 5:30 a.m. – 6:45 a.m.: Packet Pickup
- 6:55 a.m.: Kids Dash
- 7:00 a.m.: National Anthem and Race Start
- Live Results and Awards available immediately following race completion
Registration Includes
- Heatwave designer event shirt

The 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Relay registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The untimed 1-Mile Run also includes event swag and a finisher medal. The Kids Dash is designed for children ages 10 and under and includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and specially crafted medal. Children participating in the Kids Dash without swag are welcome to join for free on race day.

Additional Information
Participants are encouraged to register early to guarantee an event shirt. Registration must be completed by midnight on the Thursday two weeks prior to race day for guaranteed swag availability.
