This family-friendly, community-oriented event welcomes people of all ages for a day filled with entertainment, culture, education, food, and connection. Whether you attend with family, friends, neighbors, or coworkers, this special celebration offers something for everyone while recognizing the importance and history of Juneteenth.
About the Event
Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy live music and high-energy entertainment by Top This Band. Come ready to dance, sing along, and celebrate throughout the day as the band keeps the energy going with crowd favorites and fun music for all ages.
Guests will also hear from a featured speaker who will share important information about the history and significance of Juneteenth, creating an opportunity for learning, reflection, and community conversation. Additional entertainment and activities will take place throughout the event, making it a memorable experience for everyone attending.
Kids Zone
Families with children will love our exciting Kids Zone, featuring completely free activities including face painting, a balloon artist, and hands-on crafts provided by the Fitton Center for Creative Arts and MidPointe Library. We’ll also have lawn games and family-friendly activities for everyone to enjoy together.
Food Trucks and Vendors
Guests can also enjoy a variety of food trucks serving delicious foods that help celebrate the culture, flavors, and traditions connected to Juneteenth.
