First Ladies For Health’s annual Mental Health Symposium, Let’s Talk 3.0, takes place Saturday, May 2, at New Prospect Baptist Church in Roselawn. The event promises a powerful and uplifting day centered on mental health awareness, healing, and community strength. This gathering brings together leading voices, lived experiences, and practical resources designed to support mental and emotional well‑being.
Attendees will have access to a welcoming environment that encourages open conversation, reflection, and connection. The youth‑focused forum highlights addiction and mental health services, support from minority clinicians, and meaningful community dialogue aimed at fostering understanding and resilience.

Admission to Let’s Talk 3.0
Admission to Let’s Talk 3.0 is free and open to the public, with a light lunch provided. Registration is available through Eventbrite, including options for group sign‑ups. Transportation arrangements can be made for individuals age 17 and under; simply indicate transportation needs when reserving a ticket.
About First Ladies for Health
The First Ladies For Health Project (FLFH) is a volunteer group that leverages the leadership of the First Ladies (Pastors’ wives) and other representatives of the churches to help their parishioners and community make informed decisions about their health.
