Celebrate the opening of Cincinnati Opera’s 2024 Summer Festival with a magical evening of music under the setting sun. This free outdoor concert features a selection of opera and musical theater favorites performed by stars of Cincinnati Opera’s 2024 Summer Festival, the Cincinnati Opera Chorus, and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Come early for an exceptional performance by the Cincinnati Brass Institute starting at 6 p.m.

Washington Park Venue Details
Ten years ago, in 2012, 3CDC completed the renovation of Washington Park and began programming the space with free events. Today, Washington Park welcomes millions of individuals from all over each year. The park hosts over 500 events annually, including live music, public markets, outdoor fitness classes, children’s activities, and more.
Parking
A 450-space underground garage, surface lots, and on-street parking are available near Washington. Use the Cincy EZ Park App to pay for parking as appropriate.
