Dancing at the intersection of faith and sexuality, don’t miss shOUT! , Revolution Dance Theatre’s Cincinnati performance.
shOUT! is an evocative and thought-provoking African American dance show (based on true events and experiences) that follows an ensemble of characters as they try to reconcile their faith with their sexuality, presented by the Revolution Dance Theatre. The eclectic mix of choreography pairs Black ballerinas well with its powerful script and carefully curated setlist of music. This interdisciplinary concert dance experience will make you laugh, cry, ask questions and remember that, at the end of the day, we all want a sense of home and a little bit of love.
Revolution Dance Theatre Cincinnati tickets are $20 – $65 and can be purchased online, or by calling 513-621-2787. In addition to shOUT!, check out the other RDT events over the Cincinnati Aronoff Center 2019-2020 season including Black, Brown, and Ballet.
Currently, Goldstar has discounted tickets available for purchase from $17.50 – $32.50.

About Cincinnati Revolution Dance Theatre
Revolution Dance is a non-profit organization dedicated to building cultural diversity in the world of dance, particularly ballet. While dance studios may be commonplace in any town, Revolution takes the extra step of working to level the playing field so that minority students and children from low-income families can have their shot at participating in this beautiful art form.
They strive to create an environment where students can and will thrive. Their wonderful staff is dedicated to making the dance craft accessible to every student with the passion and potential to learn. Whether it’s providing transportation to class, subsidizing class payments, providing proper dance attire etc…they go the extra mile but only for the dancer who’s willing to walk that mile with us. Their students are expected to exhibit high levels of commitment to their training and do the work necessary to perform at the degree of excellence.
