Catch reminiscent vibes at this Ruben Studdard Cincinnati concert tribute to Luther Vandross.


American Idol favorite Ruben Studdard is making his way to Cincinnati this fall and you need to be in the building. He was “Sorry for 2004”, but you’ll be sorry if you miss this. Get up close and personal with the “velvet teddy bear”.


Ticket prices range from $45 – $65 and are available to purchase online. Get them while they last!


Memorial Hall OTR sits directly across the street from Washington Park and just blocks away from OTR’s bustling entertainment district. Parking is available around Memorial Hall at meters and nearby garages. Get there early to find a good spot.


About Ruben Studdard
Christopher Ruben Studdard is an American R&B, pop and gospel singer and actor. He rose to fame as the winner of the second season of American Idol and received a Grammy Award nomination in 2003 for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance for his recording of “Superstar”. In the years following Idol, Studdard has released seven studio albums. The albums include his platinum-selling debut, Soulful, and the top-selling gospel follow-up, I Need an Angel. He is most well-known for his recording career, which has produced hits including “Flying Without Wings”, “Sorry 2004”, and “Change Me”. In addition, he has segued into television and stage.


In addition, in 2013, Studdard appeared as a contestant on the fifteenth season of the weight-loss competition show The Biggest Loser. He later signed to Verve Records and collaborated with the label’s chairman, David Foster on Studdard’s sixth studio album, Unconditional Love. Lastly, he made his Broadway theatre debut in December 2018 in Ruben & Clay’s First Annual Christmas Carol Family Fun Pageant Spectacular Reunion Show (aka Ruben & Clay’s Christmas Show) at the Imperial Theatre.
