After seeing her fiancé kissing another woman on the televised Thanksgiving Day Parade, Mary’s life falls apart – just in time for the holidays. Newly single, she stumbles through the emotional, and often comically absurd, minefield of the dating world over the next year.
Each milestone on the calendar brings misadventures: Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and St. Patrick’s Day are marked by awkward dates; wedding season in June delivers its own string of disappointments; and Halloween proves to be an outright horror. Until the following Christmas arrives and an unexpected encounter opens her heart and a new way forward. This heartfelt one-woman comedy brings humor and a fresh, modern spirit to the holiday season.
ADVISORY
The Twelve Dates of Christmas is recommended for older teenage and adult audiences. As a newly single woman navigates her life post breakup, she journeys into the dating world and describes her mishaps with adult relationships using strong language and providing strong laughs.

Playhouse in the Park Venue Details
Parking
Convenient parking is available in the Playhouse garage and can be purchased in advance by calling the Box Office at 513-421-3888 or as an add-on when you purchase tickets online. This is strongly recommended as parking may be sold out on the day of the show, and parking space is extremely limited in Mt. Adams. Advanced garage parking costs $15, except in December when it is $20. Drive-up garage parking is $20 (if available).
If you prefer to find free parking on surrounding streets, please allow plenty of extra time. Very limited free parking is available (where marked) on streets surrounding the Playhouse. Eden Park officially closes at 10 p.m. As a grace period to the Playhouse and its patrons, the police will not ticket vehicles until one half-hour following the end of a performance.
