About Xavier Jesuit Academy
Xavier Jesuit Academy opened its doors in August 2024 as Cincinnati’s first Jesuit Nativity school, serving young men in grades 3 – 8 in the Bond Hill community and surrounding areas. They are the 20th Jesuit Nativity model school and the 33rd member of the Nativity Miguel Coalition of schools across the US and Canada.

School Hours
Xavier Jesuit Academy’s extended school day runs from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., providing approximately three to three and a half hours more instruction time than traditional public schools.
Current Enrollment
XJA has grown from 49 students in the first year to 64 students this year, with plans to reach full capacity of 100 students by the 2027-28 school year.

- Personal learning: NWEA MAP Growth Assessments monitor progress, with individualized goal setting
- Rigorous curriculum: preparing students for success in college preparatory high schools

Faith Formation
- Daily morning meetings: with prayer and student pledge
- Midday Examen: daily reflection and rest period
- Weekly Liturgy of the Word and occasional Mass Celebration
Summer Institute
All students participate in a two-week summer program that includes academic, social, and physical engagement activities.
