The candidate must reside in or have a strong, consistent presence in Butler County to cultivate local relationships and oversee school programming. This role also requires regular in-office time at our offices located in Cincinnati.

Job Responsibilities

Corporate Recruitment & Relationship Management

  • Recruit Corporate Partners: Actively recruit new corporate relationships to expand the network of mentor teams.
  • Brand Presence & Networking: Attend community networking events, represent Adopt A Class across Butler County, and expand mission awareness.
  • Donor Stewardship: Play an active role in donor stewardship to promote and sustain philanthropic gifts from corporate partners.
  • CRM & Data Tracking: Track, monitor, and report outreach progress using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accuracy by documenting key touchpoints and prospects.

Program Management & Workforce Alignment

  • Programmatic Success: Work to ensure overall programmatic success across regional school partnerships.
  • Curriculum Alignment: Align community partner student experiences with workforce pathway initiatives (high school and post-high school) using AAC’s Spark, Ignite, Launch program model.
  • Logistics & Operations: Coordinate and maintain logistics for student experiences in Salesforce, ensuring full availability of program offerings aligned to the model.
  • Stakeholder Development: Develop and monitor resources for mentors and school partners; deliver program-level training and collaborate with leadership on evaluation.

School Liaison

  • School & Mentor Team Support: Manage a portfolio of schools and associated mentor teams, attend school visits, coach mentor teams, and support monthly activity planning.
  • Training, Experiences & Reporting: Deliver mentor team onboarding, oversee industry field trips and student experiences, and track progress in Salesforce with accurate documentation of key touchpoints, contacts, prospects, and program activity.
  • Activity Planning Support: Guide mentor teams in monthly planning for STEAM, Career Exploration/Pathways, and Employability Skills curriculum.

Required Qualifications

  • Location Requirement: Resides in Butler County or willingness to travel, with frequent weekly travel to schools and corporate partners throughout Butler County.
  • Willingness to work as-needed at our office in central Cincinnati, often 3-4 days a week depending on meeting schedules
  • 4-year degree with 4+ years of professional experience in corporate recruitment, account management, program delivery, or relationship building.
