CIG is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Office Administrator to
support the President and CEO of The Che International Group. LLC, and executive leadership
across multiple affiliated companies. This role combines executive-level administrative support
with bookkeeping, payroll, HR coordination, and sales and marketing assistance.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in
a fast-paced, multi-company environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support (Primary Role)
- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple companies and employees
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive events
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Transcribe meetings and maintain organized records and files
- Conduct research to support executive decision-making
Sales, Marketing & Design Support (Primary role)
- Coordinate sales and marketing administrative tasks
- Design marketing materials such as logos, brochures, presentations, and outreach
materials - Support and manage the company’s social media accounts in collaboration with the executive team
leadership - Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Bookkeeping & Payroll (Backup or support role only)
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
- Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Assist with budgeting and prepare basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)
HR & Office Operations (Backup or support role only)
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain personnel files and track PTO accruals
- Assist with benefits administration
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and general clerical needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent
experience) - 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Administrator, or Office
Manager - Experience supporting executives in a multi-company environment
- Proven bookkeeping and payroll experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google
Workspace - Strong graphic design experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Three or more verifiable business references
- Successful completion of a federal and state background check
- Successful completion of a pre-employment 5-panel drug screening
- Must sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement before employment
