Job Description

Adopt A Class is seeking a passionate individual to to join our team as the Butler County Program Manager play a crucial role in building and managing strong relationships with school partners and mentor teams serving schools in Northern Cincinnati and Butler County.

This position will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders on the development of curriculum components, facilitating the mentor team experience in schools, coaching mentor teams to ensure alignment with Adopt A Class and School District expectations, policy development and documentation, and general implementation of program components.

Adopt A Class supports mentor teams from various organizations and industries in delivering a program that helps students identify their strengths, understand career opportunities, and formulate pathways for high school and post-high school employment.

 

Job Responsibilities

Partner Relations

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of schools and their mentor teams. Schools primarily located in Butler County.
  • Conduct visits to mentor teams when they are onsite in schools to ensure high-quality programming is being maintained.
  • Responsible for coaching and feedback when needed. • Train and onboard new mentor teams as needed.
  • Assist in recruitment and development to increase the number of mentoring teams and secure new corporate sponsorships and donations.
  • Build, grow, and maintain positive relationships with AAC partners and other organizations.
  • Convene stakeholder groups to determine curricular needs and program support
  • Communicate with mentor teams and other stakeholders to implement the program and facilitate
    engagement with Adopt A Class initiatives.
  • Track, monitor, and report data using a CRM system while maintaining database accuracy.

Program Management & Development

  • Develop and implement program components such as supplemental experiences.
  • This may include transportation coordination.
  • Facilitates alignment of AAC program and individual curriculum components to various state initiatives and workforce pathways as needed
  • Participant, monitor and implement some or parts of AAC grant initiatives
  • Attend AAC team meetings and programs weekly at the central office.
  • Other duties as assigned, including occasional evening or weekend events.

 

Qualifications

Minimum

  • 4-year degree with 4+ years of professional experience.
  • Passionate about the Adopt A Class mission.
  • Expertise and excitement for building and maintaining positive relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to handle multiple project assignments and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional organizational skills, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Has a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel to the central office weekly for meetings and programs as requested.
  • A background check is required for this position.

Preferred

  • Assist in the development and documentation of AAC Program benchmarks and policies.
  • Develop new curriculum modules as appropriate.
  • Collaborate to build robust monitoring and evaluation systems of program design and impact.
  • Has developed curriculum.
  • Resides in Butler County or the surrounding area.
  • Group Facilitation Experience with stakeholder groups.
  • K-12 educational experience.
  • Teaching or Training experience.
  • Grant Management or Writing.
  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience with software platforms such as Salesforce, CRM, and Microsoft 365.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range is $48,000 – $52,000.
