The University of Cincinnati College of Law seeks to hire a strong individual for the Jones Center program manager. Founded in 2010, the Jones Center is unique and innovative. The Jones Center focuses on research and advocacy where race, sex, and social justice intersect. The Jones Center provides students with experiential learning, research, and other opportunities.

Qualifications

Three years of experience in program development or business administration; may require management experience

A Bachelor’s Degree, seven years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used instead of education requirements.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and facilitating programming, events, and conferences.

Provide financial and administrative support for programs and the Jones Center’s operations.

Develop, administer, and analyze surveys.

Compile data and prepare reports.

Logging and record keeping of key data points.

Develop and utilize program plans to recruit students and program participants.

Communicating with Jones Center alum and managing the Jones Center Listservs.

Promoting the Institute through social media.

Drafting stories and press releases for the Jones Center website and other social media.

Facilitating the preparation of grant applications.

Provide management to Jones Center staff.
