Leadership CincinnatiUSA ® is an immersive civic learning program for established leaders in the Greater Cincinnati Area. The experience-based curriculum helps participants understand the assets and challenges of the region, elevate their leadership, and further engage in the community. Participants meet monthly for full-day sessions from September to May including several retreats. The sessions focus on the critical issues facing the Queen City including poverty, addiction, economic vibrancy, inclusion, religion and more.
The program is designed for the established leader, people who have focused on their career and are positioned to also focus on their impact on the community. Candidates are often leaders within companies/organizations and in community leadership roles. Once participants graduate from the program, they can continue to engage in key community issues and learning by joining the alumni network.
The cost of this premier professional development opportunity is $4500. Fortunately, the Chamber offers partial scholarships. Applicants can apply for up to $1800 in financial aid by expressing their need (paying for the program themselves, working for a small non-profit, small business, etc.). The Chamber also works with participants to offer payment plans.
