The goal is to inspire, teach, and empower the youth by building relationships and instilling founding principles.
ALCS hosts several planting and yard workshops and educational seminars each year. Participants learn basic planting principles and can obtain hands-on experience with yard care techniques. Lawn care specialists also help develop small community gardens that provide food for the participants.
