Owner Hassan Embry founded the professional lawn care company on dedication, commitment, discipline, and hard work. Along with the founding principles, the company’s mission is to provide mentorship to youth in Cincinnati, primarily in minority neighborhoods. The goal is to inspire, teach and empower the youth by building relationships and instilling founding principles.

ALCS hosts several planting and yard workshops and educational seminars each year. Participants learn basic planting principles and can obtain hands-on experience with yard care techniques. Lawn care specialists also help develop small community gardens that provide food for the participants.

Job Opportunities

The company aims to expand and forge mutually beneficial relationships with vendors citywide and statewide. By adding more people to the team and securing more contracts throughout the city, the company will be able to create more opportunities for those they mentor.
