• Fresh pasta and dry pasta: over half a dozen options to choose from daily and made with local eggs
• Over 15 sauce choices (Roasted garlic parmesan, alfredo, roasted garlic tomato, and vodka cream).
• Over a dozen ravioli flavors. All fillings are made from scratch in small batches.
• 3 lasagna options year-round. All lasagna come prepared and frozen. Flavors include beef, Italian sausage, summer squash, butternut squash, and spinach.
• Take-home meals such as three cheese manicotti and eggplant parmesan.

Once an employee, Jenny Miller now serves as Bouchard’s owner and operator.
