Chef Nem Kitchen is a Black-owned to-go food service located in Avondale. The restaurant specializes in wings, tenders, shrimp, lamb, cajun alfredo, specialty fries, and even house-made Nemonade.
About the Owner
Chef Nemuel Bonner is the owner and founder of Chef Nem Kitchen. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was introduced to cooking at a very young age, as cooking runs in his family. Chef Nem attended Diamond Oaks Vocational School for culinary arts and continued his education at Tuskegee University, earning a bachelor’s in food science.
How it Started
A lot of people ask Chef Nem what made him start cooking. He did not choose cooking. It chose him. With over 13 years in the culinary field, he takes his craft seriously and loves his work.
With dreams of owning a restaurant coming true, Chef Nem is very passionate about the food he provides. He always takes the extra step to ensure client’s satisfaction with the services provided.
