About Coach Xola Nicole

Coach Xola Nicole is a Black-owned health coaching company focusing on disease prevention and cancer support. The founder is a wife, mother, and retired police officer who has taken her trial and turned it into a powerful testimony of advocating for the health of others.

In July 2016, Coach Xola Nicole was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer. With the unwavering support of family and friends, she fought vehemently and eventually overcame the disease. She soon realized that cancer was not the root cause of her disease but rather a symptom of the mind and body being out of balance. To restore this balance, she underwent a lifestyle transformation that included changes to her diet, stress management, exercise, home and body products, and setting healthy boundaries.

Coach Xola Nicole is a lifelong learner with a Masters in Criminal Justice and a National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching. She is also a trained investigator passionate about helping you get to the bottom of your health challenges and develop a plan for lifestyle transformation so that you can live Fit, Healthy, and Whole!

Coach Xola Nicole Services

It may seem like a lot of work, but even small modifications can yield significant positive benefits over time. My healing was not a miracle or an isolated incident; everyone deserves to be well and live well, and if you are willing to put in the effort, I am here to help.
